Process Outcomes Tool
In order to monitor the district’s progress on implementation of the strategic plan and to ensure accountability, it is important for the Senior Management Team to track progress within each pillar of the plan on a quarterly basis.
We recommend that the Senior Management Team complete this process outcomes tool (.xls) at the end of each quarter by doing the following for each of the four pillars of the strategic plan:
- Enter the target number of action steps that should have been completed during that quarter.
- Enter the actual number of action steps that were completed during that quarter.
A percentage will then automatically calculate, showing what percentage of action steps for that quarter was completed. The bottom of the spreadsheet provides a total of all four pillars combined.
