In addition to the Citywide Conversations, there were several other ways that community members were engaged, including professional development sessions with high school faculty and staff, teacher focus groups, a teacher survey, parent coffees, and a community survey. Although we did not conduct student focus groups, another partner organization began to do so as we were concluding the strategic planning process.
